Why don't you make a bootable floppy/CD that would start Debian from flash on computers that cannot boot from USB? (like 90% of them)
Where is the option for specifying apt-get preferences for people that have to use proxy or ftp and don't have direct Internet link?
I have sent you emails months ago with no answer :/
